Satisfaction Guarantee Policy
If you receive an item and the quality is not what you expected just contact us within 24 hours of delivery and we will have the item picked up at no cost to you and give you a full refund upon receipt if the item is unused.
1) The item must not be used at all. If your item is used, see our return policy below.
2) You must contact us via email or phone within 24 hours of delivery.
3) Items must have been purchased online at www.palletforks.com
4) The item must have been shipped to an address in the US lower 48 states.
Returns are welcome for 14 days for a refund, minus shipping costs. Items returned must be in new condition.
-If the item you purchased had free shipping, the actual shipping cost will be deducted from the refund.
-You may use the carrier of your choice when returning an item. Please write the RMA number on the box and email us the tracking number.
- To arrange a return please contact our Customer Service staff at email@example.com or by phone before returning an item so that we can give you your RMA# and Authorize the return.
We warranty that items purchased online at www.palletforks.com are free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of 1 year from the date of sale. We will repair, replace parts, or when appropriate issue a partial refund or exchange an item. The course of action will be up to our best judgement.
If a repair is authorized it must be returned to us (freight prepaid, with proof of your purchase) during the 12-month period after the date of your original purchase of the product.
-Items damaged from abuse, misuse or overloading are not covered under warranty.
